How do I become a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church?

1. By "profession faith": This is the method for persons who have not previously been baptized and/or a member of another church.
2. By "transfer of membership": This is the method for persons who are baptized members of other Christian denominations or members of another United Methodist Church.
3. Confirmation classes are offered each spring for rising seventh graders. In confirmation classes students learn some basic Christian Church history, how and why the Bible is God's Word, as well as lessons on faith formation.

A "New Member Session" is held each third Sunday of the month at 9:45 a.m. in the Parlor. (The Parlor is located just off the Narthex, which is just behind the sanctuary).
